Refund Policy

Each FROST & IRON frame is a highly customized piece - handcrafted to fit your horse’s unique horseshoe, engraving, and chosen design.
Because of this, all orders are non-refundable once production has started or once we have received your horseshoe.

Cancellations
You can cancel your order before we receive your horseshoe and receive a full refund.
Once the horseshoe has arrived and work begins, the order becomes final and non-refundable.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your frame arrives damaged or contains an error on our side, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will review your case and arrange a replacement or refund if appropriate.

Legal Note (Estonia)
FROST & IRON OÜ is registered in Estonia. All consumer rights, including returns and refunds, are governed by Estonian law (Consumer Protection Act). By placing an order, you agree that any disputes will be handled under Estonian jurisdiction.
