Terms of Service - FROST& IRON

1. General Information
These Terms of Service govern all purchases made on the website frostandiron.com

The seller is FROST & IRON OÜ, registered in Estonia with registration number 17434412.

By placing an order, the customer accepts these Terms.

2. Products
Product descriptions (size, materials, customization options) are presented as accurately as possible.
Small variations in color or material may occur due to the handmade nature of the items.

3. Orders & Contract
An order is considered accepted once payment has been confirmed.
The customer will receive a confirmation email after completing the checkout process.
Frost & Iron reserves the right to refuse an order in case of suspected fraud or supply issues.

4. Prices & Payment
All prices are shown in EUR, including VAT (if applicable).
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and added to the total.
Payment methods: credit card, PayPal, Bancontact.
Orders are processed only after payment is successfully received.

5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer.
Estimated delivery times: 4-6 weeks.
Frost & Iron is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
International deliveries may be subject to customs duties and taxes, payable by the customer.

6. Right of Withdrawal & Returns
According to EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c)) and Estonian Consumer Protection Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

All Frost & Iron products are custom-made and personalized (e.g., polishing, engraving, framing of horseshoes).
Therefore, orders cannot be cancelled or returned once production has started, except in cases of manufacturing defect or damage during delivery.

If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us at frost.and.iron@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt with photos of the issue.

7. Warranty & Liability
Products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity under Estonian and EU law.
Frost & Iron is not liable for misuse, improper handling, or damage caused after delivery.

8. Privacy & Data Protection
Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by Estonian law.
In case of dispute, Estonian courts shall have jurisdiction.
